Maple Ridge Resort Policies

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check in time is 3:00pm, check out time is 11:00am. Please contact us if you’d like to request early check in or late check out. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of standard check in/check out times based on availability. If you arrive before your room is ready, you may enjoy the property and we will notify you once the room is ready.

Early Departure

There will be an early departure charge of one night’s rate if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation.

Room Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your room.

Extra Guests

Standard room rates for the two bedroom suites include up to 4 guests. For groups above 4 people per room, a $25/night extra guest fee per additional guest will apply. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per suite. 
Standard room rates for the studio suite include 2 guests, which is the maximum occupancy for the studio suite.


We have two pet-friendly suites. Pets are allowed in these suites only. A pet fee of $15/night for one pet or $20/night for two pets applies. Guests must clean up after their pets, and dogs must be leashed at all times.

Cleaning and Incidentals

Guests are expected to have all dishes washed and put away at check out. A cleaning fee of $25+ will apply if dishes or cookware is unwashed. Incidental charges will also apply to any damages in the room. Please notify resort staff if you experience any building issues during your stay so we may address the issue for you.


All suites at Maple Ridge Resort are non-smoking, per Michigan state law.
